Hotel

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, overlooks the historic Gateway Arch and offers attendees easy access to the city’s downtown attractions, including the recently renovated Old Courthouse, Ballpark Village – home to the St. Louis Cardinals – and more.

Sigma Kappa will reserve rooms for all national officer delegates attending convention. For all other attendees, Sigma Kappa has a special room block for attendees that will open when registration opens on April 15. Attendees can book their room using Sigma Kappa’s exclusive link, or by calling 800-233-1234. The deadline to reserve is May 31. All convention delegates are required to stay at the convention hotel.

The group rate is $217 per night plus taxes and fees. Hotel costs are not included in registration, so all attendees (except national officers) must book their own accommodation through the hotel site.

For those who might want to enjoy the St. Louis area beyond convention, the group rate is available three nights before and after convention, but availability is limited and not guaranteed.

All attendees represent Sigma Kappa when they travel – please represent us well. Snappy casual attire is recommended.

Dresses, nice slacks, skirts and blouses, jackets and sweaters are appropriate for the Friendship Breakfast on Friday morning, as well as all business meetings and education sessions on Friday. Hotel meeting rooms can be chilly so pack a sweater or light jacket.

Visitor attendees are encouraged to wear snappy casual attire showcasing Sigma Kappa during the afternoon tour of St. Louis.

All attendees are encouraged to wear shirts, pins, school colors or other meaningful items from their undergraduate alma mater institution for the Personal Growth Banquet on Friday evening.

Delegates need to wear appropriate clothing, respectful of Sigma Kappa ritual, in shades of white with matching shoes in shades of white to all business meetings, the keynote speaker and ritual ceremonies on Saturday. All other attendees do not have to wear white for business meetings or the keynote speaker but should wear appropriate clothing for ritual ceremonies if you plan to attend these on Saturday afternoon. Those without appropriate ritual attire will not be admitted to the event. Hotel meeting rooms can be chilly, so pack a sweater or light jacket.

Formal or semi-formal evening attire is to be worn for the Loyalty Banquet on Saturday evening.
