Registration Information

Please read all the information below before registering for convention. The link to registration will be posted here on April 15 and will remain up through May 31, 2026. 

Registration Dates

  • Registration Opens:   April 15, 2026 
  • Early Registration Closes:  May 15, 2026 
  • Late Registration Closes:  May 31, 2026 *

Registrations after May 15 will be assessed a $100 late fee.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Guests may cancel their registration and receive a full refund through June 5.  All fees are nonrefundable after June 5. 

Changes to delegate information or other registration information after the initial registration will result in a $50 delegate change fee. Delegate changes must be received via email to  events@sigmakappa.org and must include the name of the originally registered delegate and the name of the individual to replace them. 

Registering for Convention

Voting collegiate and alumnae chapter delegates, advisory board and corporation board delegates, and national officer delegates will receive a special code for your registration type via email in mid-March.

If you are attending as a voting delegate and are unable to attend all of convention, please contact your volunteer director or staff liaison prior to registering.  

For Sigma Kappas who aren’t voting delegates – collegians and alumnae alike – who’d like to experience all convention has to offer, this year we have four easy-to-select options!

Convention Packages for Visitors

For visitors, select one of the four registration “ticket types,” which allow you to customize your experience. If you’re a seasoned convention attendee, this may look a little different to you, but rest assured, you will still get the great experience you’ve come to know and love.
