What are Our Trademarks?

Sigma Kappa works diligently to protect the use of its trademarks on file with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Beyond the Sigma Kappa name, our trademarks include the Sigma Kappa name in Greek letters (ΣK), the Sigma Kappa coat of arms, Sigma Kappa badge, visual heart logo, Live with Heart tagline, and One Heart One Way open motto. Additionally, nicknames and symbols commonly used by Sigma Kappa, such as Sig Kap and Sigma K are part of our licensing and monitoring.
