The Collegiate Officer's Academy® (COA) and the Advisor's Academy® are dedicated to the enhancement of ethical leadership development, communication, and a well-balanced life.
The Collegiate Officers' Academy® offers the chapter management, leadership and personal skills that will insure that each chapter's officers are fully prepared to work individually and as a team during their terms of office. Erin Freeland, director of training, is responsible for scheduling each chapter for the COA® in the year 2004-2005. Chapter officers benefit most from the COA® if it is held close to the beginning of their terms.
