Sigma Kappa has a three-tier approach to training our officers. It is entitled the Academy Series. This consists of Collegiate Officer's Academy® for our collegiate chapter officers, Advisor's Academy® for the advisory boards of our collegiate chapters, and Alumnae Academy® for our alumnae chapter officers.
