Chief Executive Officer

Jordan is the chief executive of Sigma Kappa Sorority serving in this position since 2011. In this role, she has the primary staff responsibility to lead and manage the work of the Sorority in alignment with its purpose, guiding principles and strategic plan. She works with the national council in the formation of the Sorority’s future direction, policies and procedures to achieve its goals. Jordan attended Bowling Green State University where she was a member of Sigma Kappa.

Jordan is a member of Fraternity Executives Association (FEA), Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), America Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE). She currently serves on the FEA and ISAE Boards. Jordan’s career has been dedicated to Sigma Kappa serving for more than 18 years on staff.

Senior Director of Communication Strategy

As the senior director of communication strategy, Diane maximizes Sigma Kappa's position in the fraternal market by creating and executing integrated marketing and communications programs for each entity. Programs include multi-channel mediums utilizing website, social media, digital and print publications, and email as well as a methodologies with focus in brand management, public relations, marketing and strategic communications. Diane attended Indiana University and is a member of the Tau Chapter.

Senior Director of Membership Strategy


As the senior director of membership strategy, Melinda is responsible for creating strategies to address recruitment, retention and engagement of a member through all phases of membership, collegian through alumnae. Melinda oversees the collegiate, alumnae, educational programming and growth teams. Melinda attended Truman State University and is a member of the Delta Theta Chapter.

Senior Director of Programming Strategy

In her role as the senior director of programming strategy, Mary manages all aspects of the Sorority’s education and training programs, constructing long-term development strategies and initiatives to address anticipated needs and trends across the membership segments. She works with the collegiate management, alumnae, programming and recruitment teams to ensure the Sorority is providing relevant, replicable and appropriate support, education and training to its chapters and members. Mary is a member of the Epsilon Delta Chapter, Susquehanna University and earned her master’s degree at Bowling Green State University.

As senior director of operational strategy, Kathy is responsible for driving staff culture necessary to support the strategic growth of the Sorority; assisting with all aspects of talent management; working with the finance and information systems teams to implement the strategic plan while facilitating integration across teams. Kathy attended Western Illinois University and is a member of the Delta Sigma Chapter.

As the director of alumnae engagement, Candice's focus is on the cultivation of alumnae engagement by developing strategies through communication, programming, and overall experience. She works closely with all teams to ensure the Sorority is consistently considering the alumnae experience.

Director of Collegiate Services

In her role as the director of collegiate services, Jordan works with collegiate management, membership, and extension teams to deploy support and services to collegiate chapters as needs arise. Jordan provide ssupport to collegiate chapters in districts three and four and ensures the overall health of the chapters in these districts. She works with the collegiate management team on risk incidents and reviews membership petitions received. Jordan received her bachelor’s from Texas Christian University and master’s from Virginia Tech and is a member of the Kappa Eta Chapter.

As the director of growth, Lauren oversees the strategic growth of the Sorority. She works strategically and sustainably with the extension and recruitment teams to support collegiate and alumnae chapter growth through extension, recruitment and retention initiatives.

Director of Information Systems

As director of information systems, Jared is responsible for the maintenance, integrity, and efficiency of the sorority’s information technology operations including the membership database and information systems and serves as the subject matter expert with external consultants and related administrative functions including the maintenance of an accurate data and efficient extraction of data for analysis and reporting. Jared attended the University of Indianapolis.

As the director of publications, Mallory serves as the editor of the Sigma Kappa Triangle. In addition, she is responsible for the development and production of all printed media for the Sorority. Mallory attended the Central Michigan University and is a member of Delta Delta Chapter.

Director of Multimedia Design

As the director of multimedia design, Morgan is responsible for the upkeep of the Sigma Kappa website and creates digital media for the organization. Morgan attended the Art Institute of Indianapolis where she majored in Web Design and Interactive Media.

In her role as the director of programming & training, Delaney manages all aspects of the Sorority’s programming and training. Delaney works with staff and volunteer subject matter experts to ensure the Sorority is providing relevant, replicable and appropriate programming and training to its chapters, volunteers and members. Delaney is a member of Alpha Gamma Delta.

As the director of volunteer engagement, Paige provides direct support to national volunteers. Paige is a member of the Delta Alpha chapter and attended Eastern Michigan University.

As a collegiate support manager, Christine and her staff partner with district volunteer teams to provide support to collegiate chapters in district three, four and five, and ensures the overall health of the chapters in these districts. Christine attended Arizona State University and is a member of the Theta Omicron Chapter.

As a collegiate support manager, Sheyania provides support to collegiate chapters and volunteers in all areas of chapter operations. Additionally, she serves as one of three primary supervisors for the the traveling leadership staff. Sheyania earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Coe College. She is a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority.

As a collegiate support manager, Allison provides support to collegiate chapters and volunteers in all areas of chapter operations. Additionally, she serves as one of three primary supervisors for the the traveling leadership staff.

As e-learning manager, Samantha is responsible for the oversight of the Sorority’s eLearning strategy and learning management system vendor relationship. Samantha received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and her master’s from the University of South Florida. She is a member of Theta Phi Alpha Sorority.

Collegiate Support Manager for Risk Management

As collegiate support manager for risk management, Bailey is primarily responsible for managing the investigation, sanctioning and incident follow-up action related to risk management incidents. She provides risk management and harm reduction support and education to collegiate chapters and volunteers. She received her bachelor’s degree from Mercer University, and has a master’s degree in higher education administration from Florida International University.  She is currently working to complete her doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Bailey is also a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity.

As a recruitment support specialist, Abigail works with members of the extension and recruitment teams to support chapter growth through recruitment, retention and extension initiatives. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Michigan University and is a member of the Delta Alpha Chapter.

As the meeting and events specialist, Gina coordinates all aspects of the planning and execution of national conventions and Regional Leadership Conferences. She also assists in the planning and execution of other national, regional and local events throughout the year. Gina is a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity. She is a graduate of Butler University and holds a master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.

In her role, Addison will be responsible for strategy, implementation, and day-to-day management of all Sigma Kappa’s social media channels - Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. She also has oversight and manages content for YouTube channel and serves as cohost for the LowDown Podcast.

Addison is a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University and is a member of the Kappa Beta chapter.

As the Alumni Engagement Specialist, Nicole provides direct support to national volunteers, alumnae chapter officers, and alumnae members as well as supporting the day-to-day work of the alumnae national volunteer team. Nicole attended Georgetown College and is a member of the Alpha Chi Chapter.

As the educational resource specialist, Grace is responsible for creating and maintaining programming and resources to ensure the Sorority is providing relevant, and appropriate education, and training resources to its chapters and members. Grace received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, and is member of the Kappa Psi chapter.

As chapter finance specialist Hayley assists collegiate and alumnae chapters in all areas of financial management to ensure chapters are in compliance with national financial policies and IRS guidelines. She also serves as the liaison to Billhighway. Hayley attended Sam Houston State University and is a member of Alpha Phi International Fraternity.

As the accounts receivable specialist, Cathy leads efforts to ensure accounting records are accurate and in compliance with national financial policies. She oversees the preparation of financial reports for the national organization and manages the internal billing and payment system for chapters and members. Lisa is chief executive for the Foundation and responsible for overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan of the Sigma Kappa Foundation. She also oversees the capital campaign, planned giving, major giving, legal and financial areas of the foundation. Lisa is a member of the Theta Omicron Chapter at the Arizona State University.

As the director of donor relations, Teresa directs efforts related to donor recognition and administers the scholarship and individual grant programs (collegiate emergency, Sister to Sister Disaster Recovery and Alumnae Heart Fund grants). Teresa is a member of the Gamma Lambda Chapter at East Tennessee State University.

Caren oversees the Foundation's PULSE annual fund and is the point of contact for chapter fundraising and Walk to End Alzheimer's efforts. She assists chapters in setting up CrowdChange fundraising pages and confirming the receipt of gifts. She oversees the processing and acknowledgement of all gifts. Caren also supports the Foundation District Directors. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and a member of Alpha Omicron Pi.

Amanda is directory of philanthropy for the Foundation and responsible for engagement and developing strategies for cultivation and stewardship of major and mid-level donors which ultimately results in solicitation for scholarships, campaigns, unrestricted funding, and emerging needs of Sigma Kappa. Amanda is a member of the Theta Theta Chapter at Albright College.

As the executive director, Lisa is responsible for leading and managing the staff in implementing the organization’s strategic plan and in providing outstanding services to the local house corporations, property committees, and participating chapters. She also supports the NHC’s board and team of volunteers with resources and information relevant to their work with the organization and its participants. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in secondary education and has a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in nonprofit leadership. She is a member of the Gamma Mu Chapter at Eastern Illinois University.

As the director of operations, Claude is responsible for key functions of the NHC including information technology, collections, and communications and also manages human resources support for both the NHC and local house corporations. He received his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University where he was initiated into the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and earned his master’s degree from Indiana University.

As the director of HOMES and project management, Peggy is responsible for managing the properties in the HOMES program (Housing Operations, Management, and Employee Services), coordinating housing for new chapters, and managing the loan and project processes for new housing, renovations, and/or decorating. Additionally, Peggy is responsible for establishing new and maintaining procedures for said programs and creating efficiencies within where needed.

As the director of finance, Shawn is responsible for ensuring integrity in financial operations and reporting through the oversight and management of the organization’s accounting functions and services including financial statements, general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, budgeting, tax compliance, analysis, and year-end audit preparation. Shawn received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Indianapolis.

As the manager of housing projects, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for properties in the HOMES program (Housing Operations, Management, and Employee Services), coordinating processes for project management, new housing, renovations and furnishings improvements. She is responsible for facilitating property inspections and assessments. Jessica received her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, and is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.

As the manager of financial services, Kelsi is responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions, managing associated processes and implementing the needed systems for efficient delivery of the NHC services to our participant corporations.
